Shipping rates
We offer Free Standard shipping for all orders above 300€.
For orders worth 300€ and less, we charge the following rates:
FRANCE
- Standard shipping at 8.80€ for delivery within 2 to 3 business days
- Express shipping at 10.90€ for Next-day delivery
EUROPE
- Express shipping at 25€ for delivery within 2 to 7 business days
INTERNATIONAL
- Express shipping at 30€ for delivery within 2 to 10 business days
Expected delivery delays may vary depending on the country of destination. Please check the online tracking information for your order.
Shipment and delivery
Fabrique by Ambali delivers orders in France and more than 50 countries worldwide.
In France, the quick and reliable Colissimo service of La Poste handles the delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica). The order will be delivered directly to your home or workplace, and for convenience, deposit at your nearest post office if you are away. We also offer delivery through the Mondial Relay network which allows you to pick up your order in a range of collection points near your home or your workplace.
If you live in Paris, you are welcome to pick up your order for free in our store at 51 Rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris. We are open Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 2 pm to 7 pm.
Worldwide delivery is handled in Europe by International Colissimo (French Post) or DHL Express. Depending on the destination country, delivery will normally be made within 24 to 72 hours. If you are absent at delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery again the next day. If you are absent again, the parcel will be re-delivered to our office in Paris. Shipping costs vary depending on the type of item and the country of destination.
Fabrique by Ambali takes charge of all the import taxes and duties for orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, in other words, the price paid on Fabrique by Ambali is the final price for your order.
Your orders will be shipped from our Fabrique by Ambali warehouse in France. We will ship your orders as quickly as possible. To speed up logistics, your order of several articles may be split into different packages or some products may be shipped directly by the designer. In this case, you will be informed accordingly.
You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online. To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you present an address where you will be present during working hours (e.g. your office), or you can provide the address of someone who can receive the parcel for you (e.g. your concierge).
Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
